Content Specialist / Job Description
- Be responsible for creating great content via extensive research into the market trend and products.
- Develop digital content – Create / Write / Edit copy for online communication channels which includes Social channels, Website, Email, Facebook, Instagram, newsletter, other initiatives and any relevant channels.
- Planning, implementation and management of all-digital and social media activity.
- Analyst data on customer habit, demographics, preferences, and needs to identify online content and campaign.
- Track record of increasing reach and engagement through individual leadership and management of social media accounts.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of all online contents will be communicated with visually appealing digital, audience-focused formats before public dissemination.
- Contribute to the implementation of corporate social media strategy, including the socialization of online content and make recommendations for the effective use of existing and future channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and agencies to develop and distribute content to promote campaigns through online communication channels.
- Stay abreast of new trends and tools in online communication channel, especially the social media channels.
- Conduct research for additional sources of content materials.
- Ensure the content is produced to the highest degree of quality in terms of style, tone and consistency.
- Able to distribute content effectively and find innovative new ways for content creation.
Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor in any field
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 10 years direct experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, cross-functional team
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to write clear, error free, grammatically correct all online contents
- Proficient in photography, includes but not limited to Photoshoot, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is a plus
- Strong research and analytical skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all team members
- Solid knowledge of SEO(Search engine optimization), SEM(Search engine marketing), Google Adwords, Google analytics, YouTube & other online media channels
