Sales Manager / Job Description
  • Must be able to administer numbers, set up KPI, have incentives, set up prices & promotions, and finally is able to evaluate results.
  • Manage teams and able to set up sales system.
  • Look after and be in charge of all sales divisions, from International sales, modern trade, drug store distributors, online distributors and any other division that includes sales.
  • Responsible for the performance and development sales team.
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the sales that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Monitor sales performance to ensure achievement of sales target and company profit objectives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, sales program, and update all reports.
  • Monitor efficient service to customers.
  • Responsible for the development of the business growth.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • Experienced Sales Manager and have managed teams for a minimum of 3 years
  • Must have tangible achievements and experiences in the past that have been successful and can be expressed during this job interview
  • Able to sell goods and understand the psychology of selling goods!
  • Must have knowledge in E-commerce and digital marketing since it is one of the tools used for sales Good positive mindset and excellent leadership skills
  • Be able to work in quality and analysis fields
  • Strong interpersonal skill and Good communication skill and Time Management
  • Have own car
  • Functional experience in Marketing or other related functions is a plus
  • Demonstrates ability to lead and direct with strong interpersonal skill
  • Mature, high self-motivated, ambitious and well organized
  • Able to work independently as well as able to work with the team
  • Excellent English skills (Speaking and Writing) with computer literacy
